All applicants are required to apply to C.C.C. (Child Care Consultants) and submit documentations that confirms their co-pay and if they are placed on a waitlist for funding. Once applicants have applied to C.C.C., they can then contact Sharon Biondo or Michele Nash for more information or help on the financial assistance process.
When submitting financial assistance documentation to the JCC, all necessary information MUST be filled out completely before turning in your Financial Assistance Application. C.C.C documentation and necessary forms must accompany the application.
