Facilities Director
Full-Time
Position Overview: The Facilities Director is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the maintenance,  
repair and alteration of the buildings and grounds; ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently and within regulatory 
guidelines and projected deadlines, supervision of all facilities staff (maintenance, housekeeping, external contractors), 
preparing and managing the annual budgets for the maintenance, grounds and housekeeping departments; 
and ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and other resources.   

Minimum Education/Experience/Qualifications: 
  • Five-Seven years directing a facility’s buildings and grounds in a full service large campus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Recognized Certification in Facility Management or a related field is a plus
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office software and basic internet capabilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be capable of working collegially with a diverse group of members, staff, and visitors in a wide variety of circumstances
  • Must be able to utilize and operate job-related equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of health/safety regulations, financial and management practices, purchasing, supervision and motivation of personnel, and state and local regulations regarding the maintenance of buildings and equipment.

Early Childhood Education/School Age Administrative Assistant

Part-Time: 25-28 hours/week

Position Overview: Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the ECE/SACC programs. The ideal candidate will perform a wide variety of clerical and secretarial duties to organize, coordinate and schedule office activities and coordinate communications between personnel and parents. He/She will work collaboratively with the Early Childhood Director and Assistant Director in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. They will provide general office administration including customer service; through tours, phone calls and maintaining wait lists. The Administrative Assistant oversees information management, reporting, licensing and safety compliance in regulation with Department of Human Services, Keystone Stars programming and Pre-K Counts and will maintain up-to-date files for program staff and enrolled children. 

Minimum Education/Experience/Qualifications: - High School Diploma

- Three years of secretarial experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- DHS, Keystone Stars and Pre-K Counts knowledge is a plus

- Understands and demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, EXCEL, and Publisher.

As Needed Mon-Fri (7 AM-4 PM Negotiable) Position Overview: Seeking individuald with an educational background in early childhood education to work with children 18 mos-5 years. Part-Time: Must be certified through Silver Sneakersor Silver & Fit in any of their formats. Most classes are held before 1 PM Monday through Friday, however, class opportunities could be opened for other times and days. Housekeeping

Part-Time: 20-25 hrs a week evenings 6 PM-11 PM and varying weekend shifts. Seeking a motivated and energetic person who takes pride in cleanliness and customer service to join our housekeeping team. This custodial position will be responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the facility including but not limited to carpet and floor care, trash removal, dusting, window washing, and ensuring the security of the building entrances.
