Media and Marketing Manager
Full-Time: 40 hours a week
Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing the day-to- day operations of the marketing department by
working with staff at all levels in designing, planning, and delivering marketing vehicles to support the organization's programs, services and mission/vision.
Education/Experience: BA/BS degree
in Communications, Media, Marketing, or relevant field preferred; certified
content management system (preferably WordPress); displays
in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft programs and experience
with Constant Contact and social media sites. Skills:
communication skills, ability to deal with people at all staff levels; self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to ability to work
autonomously on multiple
projects simultaneously; strong
editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing
skills are essential, including
ability to present concepts verbally.
Media Management: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) and develop all
reports for management showing results (ROI), demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan, implements
marketing and advertising campaigns; prepare marketing and advertising
strategies, plans, and
objectives and monitors
budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
