Holly Metzger Brown

I graduated from Lycoming College, where I played varsity tennis and basketball. I have a master’s degree in Teacher Leadership and Education, am a certified sports administrator, and a graduate student of Behavior Analysis. I am the Youth Fitness Manager at the York Jewish Community Center. For over a decade, I’ve been teaching, directing, and developing youth fitness, PE, and sports classes in schools, community centers, preschools, and at local organizations, community events, and students’ homes. I’ve received several awards for the dedication to youth sports and fitness in our community. I have been published in several books, journals, and magazines, including Onsite Fitness, Netplay, Wacky Ways to Succeed with ADHD, Strategies, TennisPro, Community Rec., and Yorkids. I am the author of Basketball Tryouts and dedicate my time to showcase my book at school assemblies, book readings, and basketball clinics. My youth fitness and sports programs have been both locally and nationally recognized.
