GRIT: Summer 2019 Session – Wed

An event every week that begins at 7:15pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 31, 2019
Les Mills GRIT® is high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Each class will cycle through strength – weight training, plyometric –power, and cardio – speed workouts. You’ll be addicted to the results. All fitness levels welcome to join. Limit of 8-10 people per session.
