Yin Yoga is a very slow-moving, restorative practice designed to be therapeutic to joints, aid muscle recovery, and improve flexibility and circulation. Poses in Yin Yoga are held for several minutes each to promote balance and calming of the mind and body. Gentle and relaxing, this class is appropriate for all abilities, from beginners to athletes.
