Financial Assistance

We recognize the need to serve all members of the entire community, regardless of their ability to pay the full cost of programs or membership.

All documentation, one month of pay stubs, most recent Federal Tax Return, Social Security Pension or Benefit Notification, Domestic Relations Statement, statement of Unemployed Benefits, DPW Statement, and Workers’ Comp Statement of Benefit, must be turned in with the application. Any missing or incomplete information will forfeit the application.
