A Movement Program For Those
With Parkinson’s & Mobility Challenges

Momentum is a science-based movement class for those with neuro-cognitive conditions, including Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, brain trauma, and more.

Momentum participants saw an 87% increase in balance, mobility, and overall mental well-being in their first year!

Our trained instructors use targeted, designed exercises to address specific symptoms, to help maintain and improve mobility, flexibility and balance, and to ease non-motor symptoms, such as depression or constipation. Remain active, receive social and physical accountability, and improve your life with this FREE program. Sign-up for your free screening today!
