Chris Naylor is a lawyer at Barley Snyder, and is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Business Groups, and Chair of the Firm’s Construction Industry Group. Before joining Barley Snyder, Chris was the Director of Government Affairs for the York County Builders Association and then Executive Director to the late State Senator Mike Waugh. Chris has been on the York JCC Board since 2019*, and is a member of the Finance Committee.
