Fitness and athletics have always been a part of my life. Weightlifting started for me in high school as I played sports year round. I became a member of the JCC before becoming an employee. Being a mother of 3 children keeps me busy, and I love to be outside any chance I get with them. They have attended the preschool as well as learned to swim through our Aquatics programs. My journey to become the fitness director started when I became a small group trainer in 2018. As many of our members know, growth occurs in this community because this environment supports it. The JCC has become a second home and I see potential each day to encourage others, grow our J family, and inspire everyone around me. I am passionate about each part of the fitness department and am bless to be able to actively support families, athletes, special populations, and each member that walks through our doors.
