How do I motivate my clients?
I enjoy getting to know people and finding out what drives them or what holds them back in fitness. I design a workout that will inspire them for the future. I understand that every person is different and that they should not be trained in the same way. I want people to understand their true potential and the fact that they can reach it. This is not by creating a tough workout or only pushing them, but instead by being sympathetic and driving them to see the results that are desired. Whether you want speed and agility, range of motion, to work out for your health, or to recover from an injury, I want to help and energize my clients.
