Fitness Journey:

I started working out consistently in late 2017, and I was initially doing it just to stay busy while I was in college. I was going for a degree in biology with hopes of going to medical school. As time went on and I started doing internships in hospitals, while still working out and starting to coach I realized there are two approaches to health and wellness. One was through healthcare, which is a response approach, where something goes wrong they try to fix it. The other was a preventative approach, where coaches were helping people develop the strength, flexibility, stability, and confidence to prevent injuries and chronic illness. I realized after a few years of working in healthcare that I wanted to be a part of the preventative side. My goal as a coach and trainer is to give you skills that apply to everyday life and give you the confidence to live the best life possible for as long as possible.
