With the loving backing of his wife, artist Christina Mattison Ebert, and daughter, Ruby, Rabbi Marshal Klaven has dedicated his life to supporting community and empowering all members of our human family to live healthy lives of passion and purpose. His sacred service has been manifest as a Chaplain for the United States Air Force, Director of Rabbinic Services for the Institute of Southern Jewish Life (Jackson, MS), and Rabbi for Congregation B’nai Israel (Galveston, TX). Most recently, Rabbi Klaven was a Chaplain Resident for WellSpan Health (York Hospital), specializing in Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, and Trauma. For personal enrichment, Rabbi Klaven enjoys running and playing music on his guitar or ukulele.
