Fit Friends

Our Fit Friends program offers specialized small group training catering to special populations, including those living with physical and/or intellectual challenges.

Classes are taught by specially trained personal trainers who provide exercises with variations to suit each participant’s skill level and sensory needs. Fit Friends participants will engage in a fun and motivating environment with activities based on their group’s preferences. They may select from a variety of traditional and non-traditional sports, fitness activities, and even dance that will help to increase their overall strength, balance, and flexibility.

Fit Friends is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and is for ages 16+. Please note that there is a fee for this program and registration must be completed prior to first class.
