Join us for our Girls in Sports Event, an exciting two-hour movement event designed just for girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade. This fun Saturday evening event is all about exploring different ways to stay active, building confidence, and having a blast with friends.

Participants should be dropped off to the JCC no later than 5:15 PM. No experience necessary – beginners welcome!

Participants will be grouped by age and will go from station to station trying different sports and fitness activities like:

• Zumba
• Lacrosse
• Basketball
• Tennis
• Yoga
• Aerobics and HIIT

This event is open to the public. Cost is $5 for JCC members and $10 for non-members. Pre-registration is required.
