Be SAFE! S.A.F.E. stands for Scan, Assess, Flight, Engage. This course provides the skills needed to avoid becoming a victim. The first step to personal safety is developing awareness. Participants will learn basic self-defense techniques and the use of self-defense devices. This course is designed for teens, college students, and adults of all ages (ages 12 and up).
