We have divisions for everyone:
โข Junior (under 15)
โข Open (all ages)
โข Masters (40+)
Separate categories for men and women. Winners are determined using IPF GL points with age-adjusted scoring when possible. Medals will be awarded to the top lifters in each division! ๐
