Jack Kay

Jack Kay is President & CEO of Susquehanna Real Estate – an investment and consulting firm with extensive experience in urban development projects and representation of institutional clients in construction and strategic planning of real estate assets.

Jack came to York in 1976 to accept the position of Community & Economic Development Director for the City of York. He later joined the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. and became President of Susquehanna Real Estate providing corporate support to the company’s operating divisions. Jack formed a partnership that bought the company in 2013.

Since coming to York, Jack has had leadership roles in numerous community organizations including the York County Community Foundation, the Appell Center, the Economic Alliance and as Chairman of the York County Industrial Development Authority leading the redevelopment of the Yorktowne Hotel.

Jack holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and City Planning and was awarded an honorary Doctorate Of Humane Letters from York College.
