Joel Menchey has been President and owner of Menchey Music Service since 1995. Prior to Menchey Music, Joel was a Financial Analyst with media/manufacturing firm Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. Joel is a graduate of Temple University with a BBA in Finance. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Joel is a Past Chair of the NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) Board, Past Chair of the Appell Center for the Performing Arts Board, and is past President of the Boards of the National Association of School Music Dealers and Retail Print Music Dealers Association. Joel is a guitarist/vocalist and performs as a soloist in Central PA. Joel and his wife Lara live in York and have 2 sons, Jake and Ryan.
