Julie Lichty is a Career & Life Coach who partners with clients from all professional disciplines, helping them achieve greater personal and professional fulfillment. Her passion is helping others live and work more authentically by identifying their true desires and taking aligned actions to achieve customized results.
Prior to launching her coaching practice in 2001, she held a series of leadership positions at Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. During that time, she gained expertise in all facets of business, including strategic planning, process improvement, new concept development/implementation, human resources, mentoring and professional development. She is a graduate of York College and Leadership York and has served on various boards with a focus on children and quality child care and education.
In addition, her love of horses has resulted in a variety of volunteer roles caring for and engaging with horses. She is interested in helping the JCC with HR and child care related issues and opportunities.
