Fit Kidz is our way of introducing kids to the gym, and our goal is to cultivate a lifelong love of fitness while also ensuring kids understand how to use the equipment and perform basic movements like squats and pushups. Kids aged 10-12 are eligible and once completed can use the fitness center under the supervision of a parent or guardian in the gym with them. Kids 13 and up can use the gym without supervision but can complete the program if desired.
After signing up for your Fit Kidz Training Session, you will receive an orientation handbook to review before meeting with your trainer.
*Children between the ages of 10 and 12 must pass our free FitKidz program before working out in the fitness center with parental supervision. Children 13 years and older may work out without going through the program and without parental supervision.
