Fitness Journey:
Growing up as an athlete, strength and conditioning was crucial in my journey. When I went to college I played DIII Lacrosse, I was in a strength and conditioning program. The mental challenge, physical progress and support was amazing. This inspired me to help improve myself and the individuals I coached & trained throughout the years. This environment helped me become the person & trainer I am today looking to help others achieve their goals!
